Estimator (Take-Off Analyst)

Job Summary

The Project Plan Take-Off Analyst is responsible for evaluation bid specification and drawings, to ensure to ensure estimators have all the information required to submit an accurate and successful bid.

Essential Duties

Technical

• Analyze blueprints and plan specifications
• Count Light Fixtures.
• Create/Prepare Excel bid documents for pricing by senior estimating staff
• Ensure data remains current and up-to-date

Customer Service

• Maintain strong communications with project managers, project coordinators, sales staff and owners
• Communicate workload status as necessary to owners and sales staff

Education and Experience

• Prior PlanSwift experience a plus
• Ability to read and understand project blueprints and job specifications a plus
• Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in English and in Microsoft Office Programs
• High School Diploma required

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation – Hourly at $20.00 - $26.50
