Job Summary
Assembly Line Associates assemble various light fixtures as needed to fill customer orders. Associates also repair or alter previously built fixtures as needed.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Assemble electronic lighting fixtures as assigned by Team Leader or Manager
  • Communicate with Team Leader or Manager as required to complete assignments
  • Communicate with Team Leader when tools, supplies or parts are needed
  • Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
  • General knowledge of mechanical assembly
  • Ability to work with multiple materials and various power tools
  • Prior experience working on an assembly line and/or in a warehouse strongly preferred
  • Must be able to understand and follow verbal and written workplace instructions in English
  • High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred
  • Valid Arizona Driver’s License required

Physical Requirement
  • Standing for extended periods
  • Reaching, bending, kneeling, or other physical movement as necessary
  • Using computers, tools, equipment, and other items required for the position
  • Lifting and/or carrying up to 25 lbs.
  • Working in partially outdoor environments

Compensation and Benefits
  • Compensation –  $20 per hour
    • Full-Time Hourly
    • Work hours generally from 5:30 am to 2:00 pm
