About the Role

Premier Lighting is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Manager to oversee and execute our digital marketing initiatives, online sales channels, and brand presence. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, strategic, and able to manage multiple responsibilities ranging from e-commerce operations to social media engagement and creative design input.

Key Responsibilities

  • Website & Shopify Management
    • Oversee updates, maintenance, and performance of the company website and Shopify store.
    • Optimize product listings, user experience, and checkout flow.
    • Track analytics and improve site performance and conversion rates.
  • E-Commerce Operations
    • Handle and process all ShopPremier orders efficiently.
    • Ensure inventory is up to date and fulfillment runs smoothly.
    • Resolve customer inquiries and order-related issues promptly.
  • Social Media & Digital Marketing
    • Develop, manage, and execute social media content and campaigns across platforms.
    • Increase brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth.
    • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.).
  • Collaboration & Strategy
    • Manage and lead recurring marketing meetings with leadership and cross-functional teams.
    • Provide updates, performance reports, and strategy recommendations.
    • Assist with brainstorming and implementing new ideas to support brand growth.
  • Creative & Design Support
    • Contribute to design direction, branding consistency, and campaign aesthetics.
    • Collaborate with designers and vendors on marketing collateral.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong background in digital marketing, social media, and online advertising.
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Experience with data-driven decision making (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative eye for design and branding.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) a plus.
  • Previous experience handling order fulfillment and customer service in an e-commerce environment.
